| amnioPlas+ is a product of human amniotic membrane, a unique, thin, collagenous membrane derived from the placenta. It is a dehydrated, decellularized, substrate-free human amniotic membrane allograft. In its dry state, allografts are thin, moderately translucent and extremely lightweight. |

| amnioPlas+ is commonly indicated for use in open wounds, superficial burns, diabetic ulcers, leprosy ulcers, corneal ulcers, post-traumatic wounds and skin graft donor sites following dermabrasion. |

| The benefits of amnioPlas+ include: |
- reduces or inhibits microbial infections;
- allows oxygen flow to the wound area which promotes healing;
- has shown no sign of GVHD (Graft Versus Host Disease);
- promotes angiogenesis (generation of new blood vessels);
- inhibits scarring; and
- eliminated the need to open dressing at intervals to check for infection as it is translucent.
